BOARD OF DIRECTORS
#204.10-REGULAR MEETINGS
The Board shall meet the first and third Monday of each month at 5:45 P.M., unless otherwise approved by the Board in regular session. All meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Administrative Office, 306 S.W. School Street, Ankeny, Iowa, unless otherwise approved by the Board in regular session. All meetings shall be open to the public and are subject to the Open Meetings Law. Advance public notice shall be given of the time and place of each meeting.
