#400.00-STATEMENT OF GUIDING PRINCIPLES

The goal of the Board is to provide an educational program of the highest possible standard.

It shall be the policy of the Board to recruit and retain staff of the highest caliber.

It shall be the policy of the Board to appoint all personnel only upon the recommendation
of the Superintendent.
