Instructions for Using the Facility Scheduling Calendar:

You can log on to the Ankeny Community School District web site (www.ankeny.k12.ia.us) and check out the availability of a gym, lunchroom or meeting room in any Ankeny School building or at the Neveln Center.

Simple Steps:
1. Click on the link "Facility Scheduling Calendar" (above);
2. Click in "All Facilities" and then scroll down to specify the month;
3. Click "Submit" to view the availability for ALL the schools and the Neveln Center.

-OR-

4. Click on the specific facility you are interested in using;
5. Scroll down and select the month you want to use the facility;
6. Click "Submit" and the calendar for the facility and month will appear.

If you want additional information about what is already scheduled on a particular date, you can scroll down from the calendar where you will find a list with a few more specifics.

You can depend on the information on the calendar being current to the minute that you are using the site. If you find a day and time that is available for you to use a facility, just call the Community Education Office, 965-9606, and make arrangements for securing the date and time for your activity. After hours you may leave a message through extension 248. During the months of October through March, local sports team arrangements for using any of the school gyms must be made through the Ankeny Parks and Recreation Office, 963-3570.
