Ankeny Community School District is currently seeking substitutes for classroom teachers. If you are a substitute, you can:

Earn extra money while working part-time elsewhere.

Substitute teachers are paid $105.00 per day. An easy to use automated substitute calling system is used, eliminating multiple calls to your home each morning.

Long-term substitute teachers are paid $105.00 the first ten days. The long term rate of $199.45 will be paid after ten consecutive days of subbing in the same position.

Substitute teachers must have a valid Iowa Teaching Certificate and submit to a criminal background check.
