Kindergarten Registration Materials
Home Language Survey
Due to the weather conditions on February 5, 2008, kindergarten registration for the 2008-09 school year for the Ankeny Community School District had to be postponed. It will now be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. If you have a child who will be five years of age on or before September 15, 2008, please plan to attend the kindergarten registration at your neighborhood attendance center. To help identify your neighborhood attendance center, please see the current boundary map on the website, www.ankenyschools.org. The locations for registration are listed below:
Crocker Elementary, 2910 SW Applewood (965-9710)
East Elementary, 710 SE Third (965-9660)
Northeast Elementary, 1705 NE Trilein (965-9620)
Northwest Elementary, 1202 NW First Street (965-9680)
Southeast Elementary, 1005 SE Trilein (965-9650)
Terrace Elementary, 310 NW School Street (965-9670)
Westwood Elementary, 2920 NW 9th Street (965-9690)
Registration for Elementary #8 (located in the Ashland Meadows Subdivision)
will be held in the Northview Middle School cafeteria, 1010 NW Prairie Ridge Drive

Please bring proof of birth date to the registration meeting. Students must have an up-to-date immunization certificate filed with the school nurse by the first day of school. Necessary forms can be found on the website, www.ankeny.k12.ia.us, by January 21st. If possible, please bring all completed forms to the February 19th registration. The registration meeting is for parents only. We ask that no children attend this meeting.
