| Westwood Elementary | Local Option Sales Tax Improvements |
| Westwood Elementary is growing to serve the needs of it student population. Six new classrooms will house the primary grades reading, math, and writing blocks, future all-day kindergarten classes and expanded special services. Much needed space is being added to the music and band rooms, to the computer lab, and to office and storage areas. Ground was broken on the addition in October of 2001. The addition is expected to be completed in time for the start of the 2002-2003 school year. | |

The main construction site is located at the southwest corner of the building. This is the location of the new 3-room pod and kindergarten rooms. From this angle you can see the construction of the office area and kindergarten rooms. |
