Below illustrates the two steps.
LOGIN STEP 1. When you click the at the bottom of this page, it will open a new window.
You will need to click on "GUEST ACCOUNT" as shown in the picture.
Do not use the information from the email.
Click the button GUEST ACCOUNT
LOGIN STEP 2. Once you've successfully done step 1, you will see the screen below. You will now need the login information from the email.
