2007 AHS Annual Alumni Golf Tournament

Tee Time: 8:30 a.m.
Rain Date: July 30, 2006    

The tannual Golf Tournament will be held at Otter Creek Golf Course, 1410 NE 36th, Ankeny with an 8:30a.m. shotgun start. The format will be a four-person best shot. Team and individual entries are welcome. Single person entries will be assigned to a team. The cost is $60 per person, which includes 18 holes of golf, cart, prizes, and a lunch following the outing. All golfers will receive a gift bag as an entry prize! There will be flag and flight prizes awarded with many additional prize drawings.

You can be a part of this great event by being part of a foursome, sponsoring a hole or donating prizes.

Entry deadline is Wednesday, June 20. Late entries will be accepted if positions are available. Please include your payment with your entry form. Checks should be made payable to the Ankeny Alumni Association, Inc. and should include AHS Alumni Golf on the memo line. You may use the form found in the newsletter or the on the web site. If you include your golf reservation with your banquet reservation form, you may write one check.
