Ankeny High School is located in Polk County, just minutes from Des Moines in the heart of Iowa. AHS has always been known for its excellence in academics and athletic programs. There are approximately 1,300 students enrolled between grades 10-12 at Ankeny High School (grades 8-9 attend Northview Middle School). There are over 150 courses offered at AHS including various honors and post-secondary courses. This website is designed for the students, alumni, teachers, family and any other Hawk fan in the thriving Ankeny community. Our goal is to provide customers with value in products and educational resources that reflect Ankeny High School's long tradition of excellence.
