300.00 Statement of Guiding Principles

The district’s administration shall provide management and educational leadership to implement the district’s educational philosophy in support of the district’s mission and goals. It is the administration’s responsibility to implement board policy, follow the law, oversee and support employees, attend to the needs of students, be responsive to the community, and take action in support of the district’s goals.

Under the direction of the superintendent, administrators shall routinely update the board on progress toward district goals.

The board and administrators mutually endorse the team approach to management.
