302.10 Board/Administration Committees

The Board accepts and endorses the team collaboration concept as a means of developing policy/procedure and fostering good relations between the Board and staff. Staff will be scheduled to participate in Board Work Sessions and committees as needed to aid the Board in their decision-making. The staff recognizes the Board is responsible for making the final decision in all matters pertaining to District policy/procedure.
