505.01 Student Progress Reports & Conferences

The Superintendent/designee shall develop and manage implementation of a system for reporting on student progress that supports students, their parents/guardians, and the District in working collaboratively to help students master grade level/course standards (learning expectations). Additional details about the timing and manner of progress reporting is available in the student and parent handbook for the current academic year.

The district will hold parent-teacher conferences to ensure parents have the opportunity to act as partners in their child’s education.  Additional information will be shared by building administrators prior to each formal conference period. Additionally, parents, teachers, counselors, principals, and/or other district staff may request a conference to discuss the student’s progress or other matters related to the student’s educational experience.
