Distance Learning Camp Schedule
Students will participate in the before school program, similar to a regular school day, before logging on for virtual learning with their classroom teacher at 8:35 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Before & After School Program employees will actively monitor students and assist with technology needs during the school day, but all learning will be directed by individual classroom teachers.
On Wednesday, when students are not logged on virtually with their classroom teacher, a daily schedule will be followed that includes time for assigned asynchronous learning, hands-on enrichment lab activities, and recreation. Before & After School Program employees will actively monitor students, assist with technology needs, and facilitate program activities. Parents are responsible for “checking in” their child for attendance via Infinite Campus on Wednesdays.
At the end of the school day, students will follow the after school program schedule, similar to when on site.

All students must come to the program every day with:
- Charged Chromebook (charging on site is not an option)
- Backpack with all necessary learning materials
- CDC compliant face mask
- Water bottle with lid
- Sack lunch from home (District lunch is not available at this time)
- Understanding of their job and expectation to fully engage in required online learning
Students will be responsible for following their classroom teacher’s expectations while participating in online learning. Parents with questions or concerns about their child’s daily learning should contact the classroom teacher.
All students will be expected to practice safe, respectful, and responsible behaviors so that all students can be successful in their learning.
Meals & 90-Minute Lunch Break
Students will be provided breakfast, along with a morning and afternoon snack.
Grab & Go District lunch is not available at this time. All students will need to bring a sack lunch. Milk will be available for purchase (billed to account at a later time).
Some teachers may offer students to remain online to “eat with their class”. Please let your child know in advance that this will not be an option at the Distance Learning Program as all students will transition to the cafeteria to eat lunch and ensure adequate social distancing.
During the 90-minute lunch break, students will eat lunch, as well as participate in recess and other scheduled recreation activities.
