Special Education Katie Dowd

Hello! My name is Mrs. Katie Dowd and I am one of the special education teachers at Rock Creek Elementary. I graduated from Iowa State University in 2019 and received my Master’s degree in Special Education from Morningside University in December 2022. I live in Ankeny with my husband, Jake, and our dog, Scotty. We cheer for the Cyclones and Green Bay Packers! I am looking forward to another year of learning with my students!
