Principal Matt Dunsbergen

My name is Matt Dunsbergen, and I am proud to be serving as the first principal of Heritage Elementary School.   I am a 1997 graduate of Lynnville-Sully High School in Sully, IA.  After graduating from Central College in Pella, IA in 2001, I went back to Lynnville-Sully to begin my teaching career as a 4^th grade teacher.  I continued my education by earning my Masters of Science in Educational Administration from Drake University in 2006.  I taught 3^rd and 5^th grade at Pella Community Schools before becoming an Elementary Principal at Oskaloosa Elementary in 2008 where I served for six years.  In 2011, I earned my Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) from Drake University. In my spare time, I enjoy many sport activities and spending time with my wife, Rochelle, and our four kids;  Ethan, Jordan, Leah, and Micah.
