3rd Grade Melissa Danner

Hello! My name is Melissa Danner and I teach 3rd grade at Crocker Elementary. I have been at Crocker Elementary since 2015. I started my teaching career teaching 2nd grade for 3 years in Memphis, Tennessee. I then taught 3rd grade for 4 years at Northwest Elementary in Ankeny. I then decided to stay at home to raise my three kids for the following 6 years. I am from Des Moines. I attended Iowa State University where I received my degree in Early Childhood/Special Education and earned an endorsement in reading. My greatest joy comes from seeing my students grow and achieve their goals. In my spare time I love working out at Crossfit, running, baking, bowling, mini golfing, biking, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
