Physical Education/Health Ryan Webb

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong foundation in physical education and health. My journey in the field of education began in 2016, and I have since been committed to promoting the lives of young individuals through the power of physical activity and sports. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health, from Western Illinois University. This educational background has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a love for fitness and wellness in my students. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with students at various grade levels, helping them develop not only physically but also mentally and socially. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Currently, I serve as the Head Sophomore Baseball Coach and Assistant 9th Grade Football Coach for the Ankeny Hawks. Coaching provides me with a unique opportunity to instill valuable life lessons, teamwork, and sportsmanship in young athletes while honing their athletic abilities. In my classroom and on the field, I emphasize the importance of discipline, perseverance, and goal-setting. I firmly believe that physical education and health play a pivotal role in character development and overall well-being. My goal is to inspire students to lead active, healthy lifestyles that will benefit them throughout their lives.
