2nd Grade Trisha Black-Romig

Hi! My name is Trisha Romig. I started my teaching career in the Rockwell-Swaledale Community School District  where I taught 3rd or 4th grade. I taught there for 8 years before coming to  Ankeny in 2001. I taught 3rd grade at Terrace, Ashland Ridge, and East. I am currently teaching 2nd grade at East Elementary.

I received my BA degree from Simpson College  with an early childhood and a reading endorsement . I received my Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Drake University.

I enjoy spending time outside, reading, traveling, and being with my husband and daughter.
