Building the Future. Together.

The Strategic Plan Core team met earlier this week to begin the initial preparation for our strategic plan design. This group is made up of district staff, external educational partners, civic leaders, corporate executives, non-profit organizers, members of the faith community, philanthropists, and, most importantly, students.

Over the course of three days, the team participated in many activities including drafting a mission statement, an internal analysis of strengths and weaknesses, an external analysis of competition, a review of threats and opportunities, and, finally, selecting strategic plan strategies for the district.
