Beginning on Monday, July 25th, we will be implementing a new digital sign-in process for community members that are attending Ankeny Board of Education meetings. Attendees will be asked to scan a QR code with their device, which opens a digital sign-in form to complete. This new process will take the place of the paper sign-in forms that have been used in the past. A Chromebook will be provided for individuals that do not have a cell phone or device with them.

The digital sign-in form also features a section to complete if an attendee wishes to address the board upon arriving at the meeting. This will take the place of completing a communication card upon arrival.

The process of placing a topic on the board agenda in advance and addressing the board is not changing and can be done by visiting the School Board page.
