National School Lunch Week
It’s the start of National School Lunch Week! Every day nearly 30 million children are served lunch thanks to the National School Lunch program started by JFK in 1962! It is incredibly important for every student to have a healthy lunch at school. It can impact their life inside and outside the classroom. Ankeny Nutrition Services does a great job at that and we’d like to extend a big thank you to everyone in that department!
