Dr. Pruitt panelist at 10th Annual Inclusion Summit

Dr. Pruitt was honored to serve on a CEO DEI panel discussion for the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s 10th Annual Inclusion Summit held at the FFA Enrichment Center, DMACC Ankeny Campus on November 9, 2022. The panel also featured Dr. Adreain Henry, President of Mercy College; Dr. Anthony Coleman, President & CEO of Broadlawns Medical Center; and Pernell Cezar, CEO and Co-Founder of BLK & Bold.

The event’s theme was “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It Makes Dollars and Sense,” and attendees had the opportunity to learn more about what equity means and discover tools and resources to build equity-centered practices, systems and organizations.
