Join Us for Screen Sanity Parent Night
We are pleased to invite all parents and guardians to a free, informative parent night to promote healthy digital habits within families.

This adults-only session will provide:
- Insights into the side effects of unhealthy screen use
- Guidance on creating a family screen plan aligned with your core values
- Strategies for introducing smartphones and social media to children at various developmental stages
- Confidence-building techniques to mentor your children in navigating the digital world
- Opportunities to connect with a supportive community of fellow parents

- If you cannot attend in person, a webinar version will be available to registered participants for later viewing.
