In Global Studies, ninth grade students worked on a foods activity.  They studied the history of South Korea and the various culture traits that are unique to that country.  Students were put into groups of four to research recipes that are staples in the South Korean diet. Then they prepared the dishes.  Students tried foods that otherwise they might not have tried before this activity.
