Ankeny School District and Copán,
Mexico School administrators celebrate 25 years of our student exchange program. This cultural immersion experience allows students from Copán, Mexico to visit Ankeny, and in turn our
students visit their suburb of Mexico City.
For more than two decades, this program has given students from both
countries an opportunity to learn more about each others' culture, and create a special relationship that spans thousands of miles. We are honored to commemorate this anniversary of fellowship and learning.
Ankeny Community Schools is unified in its commitment, passion, and vision so every learner is prepared to achieve a lifetime of personal success.
