300.00 Statement of Guiding Principles

The administration of the District shall provide the management and educational leadership to implement the District's educational philosophy, mission, and goals. It is the responsibility of the administration to implement goals and policies developed by the Board, follow the law, oversee and support employees, be attentive to the needs of students, and responsive to the community. The administration shall report to the Board on the policies and goals. The Board and administrators mutually endorse the team approach to management. 
The administration shall serve as a liaison to and for the Board with the community.
