501.15 Student of Legal Age

Students who have attained legal age may continue their education program without payment of tuition as long as they are eligible to attend an Iowa public school per Iowa law and are residents of the District.

Parents will be allowed to access and view the student's records without written permission from the student if the student is still a dependent for tax purposes. In most cases, with the discretion the Superintendent/designee, the student will be able to make decisions and sign documents rather than requiring parental permission or signature.
