804.70 Internal Accounts

The responsibility of keeping activity accounts will rest with the Superintendent/designee. A summary of the financial situation of the Activity Fund will be available monthly at a regular Board meeting.

The principals/designee of the schools receive the Activity Fund financial report each month.

Each club and Student Activity will have access to the records of deposits and expenditures located in the central office, during regular business hours.

Each account of clubs or Student Activities will be carried forward from year to year. When a club or Student Activity becomes inactive, the balance will be transferred into the respective building's general fund donation account.

No class or Student Activity will be allowed expenditures causing the year-end balance to be less than zero, without approval from the Superintendent/designee.
