A perpetual inventory of all furniture and equipment shall be maintained under the supervision of the Superintendent/designee as outlined by the Business Office procedures. All items of equipment that are not consumable in nature shall be included in the annual inventory.
Staff shall cooperate in furnishing requested information and process all transfers, deletions/disposals and additions as outlined by the Business Office procedures in the preparation of such inventory.
