806.20 Periodic Review of Property & Casualty Insurance Program

The Board shall review the property and casualty insurance program of the District periodically to ensure adequate coverage of the program. Such review may be made annually, but such review must be made within every three year period.

The Superintendent/designee after consultation with other administrative personnel, the District's appraisal agency, and the District's insurance agency, shall provide the data and shall make recommendations concerning the District's program of property and casualty insurance.
