Language Arts Kim Moyle

Hello! My name is Kim Moyle, and I am excited to be a part of the NV team as a 9th grade language arts teacher. I’ve been in the education field for almost 20 years, which has provided me the opportunity to teach various middle and high school courses, work as an instructional coach, as a curriculum coordinator, and I was the Community Engagement Manager for Ankeny Schools. Although I’ve loved all of my opportunities, I really enjoy working directly with students, which is why I came back to the classroom.

I have an eclectic background with a lot of diverse experiences. Some of my former careers have included: television news anchor and reporter, radio DJ, surgical sales representative, Director of Communications for an international healthcare company, Director of Marketing for a rehabilitation hospital, event coordinator for an international cultural awareness program, and event coordinator for the Go For It! Roadshow. 

My passions outside the classroom include spending time with my husband and son as well as competing in triathlons.
