Science Elizabeth Herzmann

Hi my name is Elizabeth Herzmann and I teach 8th grade science at Southview Middle School!  I graduated from Iowa State University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology and minor in Math.  I then continued on for my Master’s degree in Teaching Secondary Science Education, graduating in 2008.  I have been teaching middle school science ever since Fall of 2008.  I live in Ankeny with my husband and three children.  We enjoy playing outside, hiking on trails at County Parks, and visiting my husband’s family farm in Northeast Iowa.  I am so excited to help your students explore the world of science and apply it to their daily lives!
