5th Grade Jessie Purviance

My name is Jessie Purviance and I’ve been teaching 5th grade at Northeast for 11 years.  I live in Ankeny with my husband and two children.  My son Levi started his first year at DMACC this year and my daughter Ava is a junior at Centennial.  I also have two cats and a dog.

I LOVE reading!  I spend a lot of my free time reading, scrapbooking, golfing, and spending time outside.  My family and I have a camper and we love to spend time camping at different campgrounds around Iowa.

I’m very passionate about teaching and doing everything I can to help students.
