Assistant Coordinator Before and After School Jill Heimerman

Hello!  My name is Jill Morse Heimerman, and I am the Assistant Program Manager of the Ankeny Community School’s Before & After-School Program.  I started this position in May of 2017.  Prior to my work here, I was a Preschool Teacher and Director, as well as classroom Teacher in Urbandale teaching grades 2, 3, 4 and 5.  I have enjoyed every role I have been in!  When I am not working, I can be found with my three children: Ben-17 and Libby and Lauren-15.  We love to hang out, play games, and spend time with friends and family.  We also have a dog named Tessa and a cat named Louie.  When my kids prefer to be with their friends, I love to read, kayak, and find cute little shops to find unique treasures.  My favorite place to shop is Uptown Ankeny.
