Hello!  My name is Julie Heitz and I teach math and Talented and Gifted.  I received my undergraduate degree in secondary math education from the University of Northern Iowa.  I later earned my master’s degree from Morningside College and several endorsements from Drake.  I am a lifelong student!  My husband and I have three boys and we spend most of our time watching them play basketball, soccer, baseball, and football.  I love to read, run, and watch a good series on Netflix.  I am excited to have your son/daughter in class this year.
