Language Arts Karin Cowger

Hello! I am honored to be teaching at Ankeny High School. I am a 1990 and 1991 graduate of The University of Iowa.  In 1991, I accepted my first teaching position in Columbia, South Carolina.  I then moved back to Iowa, where I taught English in Chariton, Iowa, the place  I met Mr. Cowger, also an English teacher.  In 1999 we moved to Ankeny, both accepting teaching positions at Ankeny High School.   Besides interacting with and teaching students, my favorite activities include reading, watching great films, traveling, and spending time with my husband and friends.

Most of my electronic communication with students is completed through Google Classroom.
