4th Grade Kelly Ugolini

Hello! I teach 4th grade at Westwood & am well into my third decade in education. Prior to Ankeny, I taught 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grades in the Saydel School District. I am an ISU (undergrad.) & Viterbo University ( post-grad.) graduate with a  Morningside University Reading Endorsement. I live in Ankeny with my engineer husband, Steve. We enjoy spending time with our 3 grown children (Brooke, Toni, & Marcus) as well as our grandchildren (Desi, Eva, & Ruby), and our dogs & cat.  My personal interests include dance, live theatre, and concerts. I encourage creativity and risk taking as well as problem solving in my classroom.  My goal is to foster a love of learning for my students. I look forward to the great things our students can accomplish each year!
