ESOL Laurel Quinn

I am the ESOL (English Speaker of Other Languages) teacher at Southeast Elementary. I have taught 5th grade and ESOL in Ankeny since 2009. I received my bachelor’s degree in education from Arizona State University in 2001 and my master’s degree in multicultural education from Northern Arizona University in 2010. I taught 5th grade in Phoenix, Arizona before moving to Iowa in 2009. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. We love the outdoors and enjoy finding new hiking spots.
