2nd Grade Katie Black

Hello! My name is Katie Black and I am so happy to teach for Ankeny schools. After graduating from Ankeny High School I attended and graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in elementary education and endorsements in reading and social studies. I have also earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education through Viterbo University. I started my teaching career in Carlisle, Iowa, and after several great years began teaching in Ankeny. My husband, three children, and I love to spend time outdoors, travel, and spoil our two Boston terriers!
