Kindergarten Morgan Carswell

My name is Morgan Carswell.  This will be my 10th year teaching kindergarten at Crocker Elementary.  I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a double major in elementary education and early childhood education with an emphasis in special education.  I grew up in the small town of Osage, IA with my parents and two brothers.  I have always wanted to become a teacher because my mom is a teacher.  Some of my favorite childhood memories are helping her in her classroom and “playing” school with my younger brother.

I married my husband, Ryan in September 2014 and we have a daughter named Quilla.  We enjoy being outside, camping, being on the water, taking our dog, Heinz, for a walk, and doing house/craft projects.  We love cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers!
