Preschool Teacher Naomi Veldboom

Hello! My name is Naomi Veldboom and I am a preschool teacher at Terrace Learning Center.

I have been teaching preschool since 2021 and joined Terrace in 2023. I received my B.A. in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Northern Iowa.

In my free time, I love to be active and explore the outdoors. You can often find me travelling, hiking, kayaking, or biking. I also enjoy spending time with family, baking, reading, and working on puzzles.

I am so excited to get to know all of my students and families and share the fun of learning and growing together throughout the year! I use Seesaw and email to communicate with families. Seesaw is a great tool that allows the teacher to share pictures and videos with family members.
