AELP Tammi Mcclain

Hello!  My name is Tammi McClain and I am the AELP teacher at Prairie Trail and Rock Creek.  I began my  teaching career in Houston, Texas, teaching 3rd and 4th grade ESL students. I moved to Ankeny Schools to teach 5th grade at East Elementary in 1998.  I am a 1993 graduate from ISU, where I majored in Elementary Education.  I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Viterbo University in 2001.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, riding my bicycle, and reading.  I look forward to working with your child/children.
