Construction Tim visits Kindergarten class at East Elementary
Ms. Mathews Kindergarten class at East Elementary recently had a conversation about birthdays. The students were very interested to know when their school’s birthday was so Construction Tim was invited for story time. Construction Tim brought an arieal pic of the original elementary building he borrowed from the Ankeny Historical Society. In the image it showed the playground with a slide, merry-go-round, swings, teeter totter and a basketball court. The students were fascinated by the playground equipment so they drew pictures and shared them with Construction Tim as a thank you for his visit to their class.
