Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Students Shine at Iowa State Leadership Conference

Future Business Leader of America

From Sunday, March 24 to Tuesday, March 26, students from Ankeny High and Centennial High represented their schools at the Iowa FBLA State Leadership Conference. A total of 23 students showcased their skills through competitions, tests, leadership campaigns, and more. Their dedication and hard work are commendable, reflecting positively on both high schools.

Notably, Ankeny High embarked on its FBLA journey three years ago with just three students attending the conference. Since then, Tyler Brown from AHS progressed from being a regional district Vice President last year to assuming the prestigious role of Iowa FBLA State President this year. Similarly, Isabel Crabbs of AHS served as a District Vice President this year and has now been elected as the Iowa FBLA State President for the 2024-2025 term, effective immediately.

This year, students from both Ankeny High and Centennial High showcased their talents and achieved numerous top finishes across various events, adding to the pride of our school district. We congratulate all participating students for their remarkable achievements and representation at the conference.
