Update Your Contact Information

In the event of a closing or delay, the district will use the following communication channels:

Parent Notification System

Text and email messages are sent via Finalsite with the phone numbers and email addresses in Infinite Campus.  No other sign up or other “activation” is necessary. This means that it is very important to keep your information updated in the Infinite Campus system so that we can contact you in an emergency.

  • For morning closings before school starts, the system uses the primary contact phone number and email address in Infinite Campus.
  • For closings and early dismissals after school has begun, the system uses all contact numbers and emails in Infinite Campus, including emergency contacts.

Certain messages may be sent to specific grades or buildings instead of district-wide. For example, a message about canceling evening activities may only be sent to parents of secondary students if no other classes or schedules are affected.

Phone numbers need to include area codes. E-mail addresses can also be kept on file.

If you are not familiar with Infinite Campus, you can find instructions for logging into the parent portal here.
After logging into Infinite Campus, select “Family Members” in the left column to review the information we have on file.

If you do not have children in the district, you may be receiving messages because a friend or relative designated you as an emergency contact.
