Special Diets & Allergies

If your student requires a special diet or has food allergies, please have your physician complete the diet modification request form. Whether or not you plan to have your student eat breakfast or lunch with us, we need the information to supply appropriate foods for seasonal celebrations.

Nutrition Services does not use peanuts or tree nuts in the production of any food on site. However, some products purchased by Nutrition Services are processed in a facility that also processes products with nuts. In this case, documentation is requested from the manufacturer regarding their procedures to prevent cross-contact. These products are listed below with a link to the manufacturer’s documentation. Please note that some individually wrapped products that contain peanuts or tree nuts are offered in grades 6-12.
