Certified Annual Budget

Each year, in accordance with Iowa Code, the Board of Education adopts and the the school district certifies a budget for the fiscal year. This budget is also published for public review. The budget may be amended during the year through procedures laid out in law. Iowa school districts prepare their budgets on the GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) basis.  To learn more about the calendar on which the budget is prepared, set and certified, please visit the budget calendar page.
